SAME SEX Marriage: US Department of Homeland Security has announced on July 1, 2013, the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) is unconstitutional.
Therefore, same sex marriages will be allowed within the Immigration process. Further, K-1 fiance(e) visas are also included.
